Summer Chaplaincy

Hey all,

I apologize for the little content I've made in the past few weeks.

Currently I'm assisting as a hospital chaplain for the summer. Certainly I've seen some difficult things: death, diagnoses that were anything but pleasant, car wrecks, etc.

But, I don't do this because it's pleasant, fun, or even (sometimes) fulfilling. I do it because just as Christ identifies with the sick, weak, and broken so too do I attempt to be Christ to them. Whether that's in their anger, grief, sorrow, or joy.

So pray for me as I continue for another 4 weeks. Pray for all of those in the hospital and those who work in them.
